At university I was at rock bottom. Extreme social anxiety, drugs, porn and basically anything to mask the pain. No willpower, no discipline and certainly no direction. I was meant to be developing into a man but I was moving backwards.
The harshest pain wasn't the anxiety or destructive vices. The real salt in the wound was knowing who I could be. If other men could become someone worthy of respect, someone in control of their own life, why couldn't I? I could see him in my mind. Jacked, lean, confident, making money. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, and even if I did, I didn't believe I could do it.
This is when I started training. I didn't have a plan, I didn't have any knowledge of what to do but I knew I needed to do something. It gave me short term purpose and my first evidence that I could change. I still didn't know what I was doing, but it got me out of rock bottom. That was the foundation.
Discipline started forming. I built a physique I could respect. But I still felt completely lost. That's when it clicked, the body is just the first arena. After that, it's a game of identity. I got obsessive over mindset, over who I actually was underneath all of it. That's where I started building the man I am today, with more clarity and direction than I'd ever had.
I built The Art Of Becoming because it didn't exist for men in my position. Nobody was building the body and the identity together, in the right order. I'm not finished becoming. I'm further down the same path, and every single thing I ask you to do, I do. Every bit of what I went through was for a reason. This is that reason.
Ambitious men on the same mission, holding themselves to a higher standard.

This isn't for you if you want a quick fix, a holiday body or validation instead of accountability. It is for you if you're ready to be honest about where you're falling short, drop the ego and be coached.
The biggest risk isn't failing. It's living an okay life while knowing it was far below what you were capable of.
One day you ask yourself: what could I have become if I had actually gone all in?
The man you know you could be is on the other side of one conversation.
